How's the wife and kid, Rocco ?

Here's what I was able to get out of this article..
Pour la coquette somme de 15 000 $...
For the small sum of $15,000 dollars....

After that I lost interest.

Yeah, but that's Canadian. Here it's like twenty bucks

Wife and kid are good. We went through some rough times around the Holidays, but things are better now. My son will be two years old in a month.

Believe it or not, but I miss having my rear wing knocked off. Well...

almost.

Rocco has a long memory.

Two years old, already. Wow.

Hey Rocco. Are you still in the country, stuck on dial-up, or are you back in civilization now?

Yeah, still stuck in the woods with dial-up ("that's the best friggin' dial-up connection I've ever seen !" -F1Addict), along with the little green elves who still bring us our mail on a bi-weekly basis.

Any plans for a Sunday walk in Albert Park on March 18th ?

I'll force myself to go, at least to a practice session.

Hey Hynee, where's your enthusiasm ?!

Tell me you haven't become blasé with this whole "hanging out with top notch F1 in-crowds" thing ? (also called le gratin) :P

Well, I'm nowhere near le gratin, I'm hanging out with the unwashed crowd (les miserable). Anyway, it's a 50/50 as to whether I go or not...

You know these cars display an awesome show of power and brute force don't you ? It's better than the monster trucks.

Are you kidding me? I stood 5 metres from the edge of the back straight, it was like watching aeroplanes go past!

Hehe :P That's how I used to feel like when I got lapped... :(

It's also why it's much better to sit near a braking zone (chicane or hairpin): you're able to watch the cars for a longer period of their lap time... not to mention be a witness to their awesome braking power! 8)
