I thought it might be a good idea to list the other leagues you've had good experiences with , so other drivers might be able to join in the fun.

Calluster
A European based group that specializes in sports cars as well as open wheel racing. They have multiple types of mods going at the same time, so there are a few races every week. If your time zone is closer to GMT than Pacific standard time, this is a good place to check out.

Here is a great NASCAR league. Bunch of older guys that are usually drinking beer while turning left. I raced a good number races there and I've had a lot of fun with them on TeamSpeak. They always have some type of stockcar racing on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I think they are trying a few other types of mods for fun like endurance and open wheel.

You sure they are still around? The link is dead and a websearch for "smokin57" goes to the same dead link.

This was a 2008 thread, so they could be gone. The only reason it showed up is Yaohua posting, but I think he/she is just spamming and I already deleted another of their posts.
