There was an incident on timestamp 52:00 of the event in which the judging panel reviewed. This incident involved 2Burley and RacerScott. 2Burley was in the process of overtaking RacerScott into T1 and upon doing so, contact was made on the exit of the corner between the two drivers. This resulted in RacerScott suffering extensive damage, including losing his rear wing; while 2Burley continued on without incident. While 2Burley was 3/4 of a car ahead of RacerScott at the point of contact, the incident was seen by the judging panel as avoidable and likely as an intentional action induced by 2Burley. RacerScott gave 2Burley plenty of room on the exit of the corner as he was being overtaken, however 2Burley then drove wide into the run-off to effectively hip-check RacerScott. This action was seen as intentional, because it served 2Burley no benefit in defending his position against RacerScott, because he had to run over large kerbs in the process which only unsettled and slowed his car.
As well, 2Burley did not wait, nor serve a DT penalty following the contact.
This leads the judging panel to disqualify 2Burley from the results of this round and suspend any future participation in this league by 2Burley.
If 2Burley would like to appeal his league suspension he may, however he must register on the forum and post his appeal to one of the judging panel members.
