I believe from this round on, tires are forced by track and doesn't matter what upgrade you have chosen.

Correct, only Aus, Mal, and China had the tire selection error.

woo, looking at those race pace times, I would've still been 8-10 secs off them with half fuel ::):
I had about 2-4hrs extra this week setting up the car, test, practice ... I thought , I would be near the rear of field again, but not 10 secs
Well, looks like,I got plenty to learn, to catch up the back of the pack ...

btw, I worked out,if I had of made it to race,an raced, I most likely had 8th place, with all the dnf's , but with 75% rule in place... missing out on, what if points  ::):

see you ,next race

My race went ok. I would like to start out and appologize to Tim, for tapping him. I just looked at the replay and saw that there was a little contact in the last turn. I'm sorry, I didn't think I touched you, but knew I got close, but I obviously did. I'm sorry to ruin your race.

Race: Start on the was ok, Seb went flying by a few of us. Clean down into 1 and 2, then I got hit from the side on the entry of 4 by JKim (haven't looked at replay yet). I tapped JKim on the exit of turn 10 going on the the short straight and not sure if he was checking up for something ahead of him. I was facing the wrong direction, I spun it around and was in 11th and worked my way up to 5th behind Jeff O. I was way faster in the curves, but his low wing kept me behind him for about 5 laps. He let me by and then I just ran as fast as I could to try and catch up to 3rd. I had a good battle with Seb Scott just before and a few laps after our last stop. I was now in 2nd, since Stuff went out, I hoped Glyn had to pit again, but he didn't. I did notice with about 8 laps to go that my Front brakes would fail if I kept on the same pace and use of them. I backed off since I had a 7 second lead over Seb, and finished 2nd to race winner Glyn.
