Time for a forum software update

I'll be updating the forum software and updating all the images that say "2024". I'll also archive last years posts and start new ones for this year.

The PHPBB software is updated. It's always a relief when it goes without errors. Maybe I'm learning something!

I'll update the images and clean up the forum sections next.
