No, the Triumph is not done, but when a friend of my Dad's saw this car, locally, for sale, I had to grab it. It all works. It just needs interior redone and all the old suspension bushings replaced, and the brakes figured out. It has none working, right now. Eventually, I will make it nice. New paint and all. For now, it's going to be made properly functional and safe to drive.
Back story. My Dad had one just like it from 1963 to 1975. I was born in '63. So for all of my life , until I was 12, that was our family car. Dad's was black, this one is supposed to be a dark or Navy Blue. The Volvo B18 motors are really bullet proof. Not big HP out of a 1.8 liter 4 , but one of these engines is the world record holder at 3 million miles. One rebuild at 635 thousand.
